The name Iastrok Se̜f Vrët is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Iastrok Se̜f Vrët was founded by Mepera Unzabu, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Iastrok Se̜f Vrët covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 5248 m (17217 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Iastrok Se̜f Vrët was founded durring the late 12th century in winter of the year 1060, by Mepera Unzabu. The establishment of Iastrok Se̜f Vrët suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Iastrok Se̜f Vrët which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Iastrok Se̜f Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Iastrok Se̜f Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Iastrok Se̜f Vrët is is constructed arround a series of restrictive cobblestone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Iastrok Se̜f Vrët's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. Iastrok Se̜f Vrët's political statment focused walls are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
The first thing you notice about Iastrok Se̜f Vrët is the large sign at the entrance welcoming you to their humble town. Children come up to you and say hi, some asking if you’ve fought any big monsters, and others just zipping away after their hello. The adults are much the same. By the time you’ve made it a significant way into the town you’ve been invited to a tavern for a pint to drink in exchange for news of the world. You’ve also had no less than three older women give you a sweetroll and direct your attention to their still unmarried children. It would be creepy if it wasn't so sincere.
Civic Infrastructure
Iastrok Se̜f Vrët has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Iastrok Se̜f Vrët. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Iastrok Se̜f Vrët's parks.
Iastrok Se̜f Vrët has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Iastrok Se̜f Vrët.
Iastrok Se̜f Vrët has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.

Iastrok Se̜f Vrët possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Iastrok Se̜f Vrët's grid is powered by mana accumulators.
Iastrok Se̜f Vrët has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Iastrok Se̜f Vrët's natural decorations nor waterways.
Iastrok Se̜f Vrët has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Iastrok Se̜f Vrët has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Iastrok Se̜f Vrët's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..

Iastrok Se̜f Vrët's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves line dance to channel Illusion energies of tier 3 via chanting.

They may have been drawn by economic opportunities, or fled some pursuing peril, or been forcibly moved there by a ruler who wanted to dilute the existing native cohesion. The natives may not have the resources or opportunities to integrate these newcomers, and it may be that the new population has no desire to stay longer than is necessary.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century a local hero by the name of spared the town from an attack. Iastrok Se̜f Vrët created a local delicacy in 's honor which is served at festivals.
